Early

So, as a corollary to my health issues, this morning I had to get up early and go get my blood drawn for a cholesterol test.

I had to get up early because a.) it's a fasting test and it's easiest to do it first thing in the morning and b.) I had to get it done early so the DH could watch the babity before he went to work.

It still feels weird to go places without her (I can probably count on one hand how many times I've done it in the past 8 months), but it's starting to feel nice, too, as long as I know she's okay. It's nice to only have to be concerned with myself every once in a while.

But then, I come home and see my baby's sweet little sleeping face and I'm instantly glad to be back.
