Don't get me wrong. I love the Internet. I love the fact that I can access my information from virtually any computer anywhere.
However, technology has its drawbacks. To wit:
Today I decided I was going to write up a to-do list. I've been slacking terribly the past few days, and to-do lists really help me organize my thoughts and get stuff done. I started writing my list down, then thought, "I should just put a to-do list widget on my Google Homepage. That way I don't have to keep track of the list and whatnot."
Not to mention that firing up the ol' computer then finding and filling out the appropriate widget is a great way to actually avoid doing anything constructive! See, I really *do* love the Internet! :)
Anyway, I found the widget after testing a few, filled it out and was ready to rock. And then...
I'm not sure what happened, but apparently my widget crashed my homepage. It won't let me change tabs or do anything. I've tried logging out, closing my browser, even deleting everything and trying to start over.
Boo! I never would've had this problem with good old paper and pencil!
